Happy Friday my fellow travelholics! This week was a special one for me, as I celebrated my 36th birthday. Birthdays are a time to reflect on where you have been and what you have accomplished. Well, I have had some cool accomplishments, but none are as important to me as all of the stamps from different countries on my worn and tattered passport.

Travel is my inspiration. It’s what drives me to get out of bed in the morning. To work harder and smarter so I can make these trips happen. And I love that the 500px community shares that travel passion with me; every week I am amazed at the quality of travel photography that I find on the site. It really is an almost impossible task to select only 10 images per week, but I do my best.

But with that, this week’s images are pretty insanely good. Great work 500pxers!
