Daniel Lewis (ItsForGotham) is a photographer and videographer hailing from Brooklyn, NY.
With various styles ranging from conceptual, to sports, to lifestyle, Lewis has become an industry name in a short amount of time. While creating work for clients such as Nike, Red Bull, and Mophie, Lewis has expanded his style into what he calls “environmental lifestyle,” an up-close and personal look into everyday city life.

Who is your dream dinner date (anyone dead or alive) and why?: Madame CJ Walker… she was the first female millionaire in America. She made her empire from scratch, I think it would be pretty interesting to talk to her and see how she did it.

Søren Ingemann Thuesen
Hi there, I’m @s1000 and I have a problem. I’ve been into graphic design since as far back as I can remember. Growing up freezing in Denmark kept me indoors playing around with colors, typography, lines, and visuals in general. Then came photography and it messed all that up. Well, except for typography, everything was pretty much the same, but since I’m a huge fan of landscapes and man-made structures above and below ground, there’s was no way I could stay inside.
Honestly, I’ve always had a thing for photography, but it wasn’t until I was introduced to the art and state of mobile photography on Instagram that I was seriously hooked. Times change and today I’m obviously more outside than inside, in the sense that photography has taken over and being part of the creative 500px community has definitely inspired me to go even further.
Just recently I discovered a stack of photos from very early days—from back when photos were on a piece of paper. I forgot the brand, but still remember the joy of selecting the right film and having these developed. Today, I’m primarily shooting on my Olympus OM-D EM-1, which is easily carried around. On occasion I’ll bring the heavier Canon 6D and my beloved 16-35mm attached to it. Lastly, I wouldn’t leave home without my trusty iPhone 6s.

Who is your dream dinner date (anyone dead or alive) and why?: This might come out a bit cheesy, but no movie star, celebrity, or model would join the table at my dream dinner date—my date would have to be my wife who’s the one who taught me how to appreciate and love food 🙂
